Hi

Like others, I have an old NTL world account that has been hacked.  As the account is so old, I cannot access it online as the hacker has also stolen my password and the info held on the account is so out of date, I cannot verify.  The ntl email was sent up about 20 years ago and I was a virgin media account customer at that time but have no idea about my customer number etc.

I need to get some help.  Who can help me? Is there a number I can call, I tried the virgin media numbers but they just send me in circles
