Hacked Email - how can I see what was sent

Hi

My husband's ntlworld.com email account has been hacked, we've changed passwords and that for Facebook etc that appear to have been changed.

I've started seeing rejected email notifications and from the titles am a bit concerned about what is being sent from my husband's email account.  There is nothing showing in SENT items nor in TRASH, is there any way I can view these emails what has been sent in the last month from this account?

FYI:

  • it is not possible for Virgin Media to recover messages once permanently deleted
  • it is unlikely the miscreant used your webmail account to send the messages for which you are receiving  non--delivery negotiation; the text attachments in the notification can be used to confirm this
