Hello. I have an old blueyonder email address that has been hacked and I have tried researching on how to change the password but apparently I can no longer do that (correct me on that if I am wrong please) 

Is there a way I can get this email address completely removed from existence ?

Apologies for the issues faced, if the email is not attached to an active account then we'd most likely get it deleted however so we can investigate further I've dropped you a PM.

The message will appear within the purple envelope icon.
