I closed my Virgin media account a few years ago but my blueyonder email address appears to be still active and someone has recently been sending emails from my old email address
As I do not have access to change the password or close the email address who/how can this be deleted asap
Why has no one from Virgin responded; I need this account deleting asap

Thanks for that; can I confirm that the email address will be completely removed and the ability to send using that address be disabled permanently because someone has been sending emails using that address
By deleting the main account this will also delete ant other sub emails attached to the account.
