I keep getting a Username/Password incorrect - with a 535 Authentication details invalid message on my main Outlook email address on my PC as shown below.
SMTP (smtp.virginmedia.com): <rx> 535 5.7.8 Authentication Credentials Invalid (VM300)
The other accounts are all ok as is the main account on my iPhone. I think i put the wrong password for the smtp.virginmedia.com server. on my PC.
I have tried to find out where to change the password but I have looked in various places recommended in my Virgin Media but I cannot find anywhere. can anyone held please
