Hi
I've used VM email for a number of years and never had any problems but since 13 June 2022 genuine emails from removed @swimclubmanager.co.uk have been blocked by VM but they are not appearing in my spam folder and the address is not listed on the blocklist.
Does anyone know how I can sort this out?

The original poster seems to have closed their forum account so rather than draft a reply I will simply point to a recent post I made in response to a similar issue where someone was/is having problems receiving emails from a golf club. https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Problem-receiving-emails
