Fuming - Never get back to you

I have been emailing Virgin Pure customer service and phoning them since January. They tell me every time I speak with them that I will be refunded my money of over £200 however nothing happens! I have been complaining to them and they say someone will ring me back, when in fact no one rings me and I’m getting to the point of legal action now!!!!
