I’m seeing a lot of posts about this error message but I can log into my Virgin media account using the duck duck go browser with no issues but try using the my Virgin media app on my iPhone 11 and get the fsb50 message every time. Even deleting and downloading it again the same issue happens. I can’t use the tv go app either as it says I have to use my main account which is what I’m using…. Shoddy.
It just seems to be a mess all round, I doubt anything will be fixed as a result of this post but just wanted to vent a bit…

We appreciate your Vent and can take it as feedback going forward.
The fsb50 error has already been raised to us as it is linked to CCleaner that customers use.
With Duck Duck go browser being a web browser, it can over ride the error message.
There is a lot more information about it here which I guess you are already aware of.
