I am trying to forward emails form me virgin email address to an outlook.com email address that I have - the outlook address is not receiving them. Any advice as to why?
Not easy to say based on that post.
Have you checked the junk folder in Outlook to see if Microsoft is directing them there?
Have you received any non delivery notices? (You should check your VM spam folder for these as well)

Yes I've checked junk/spam folder and nothing in it, furthermore the emails appear in my sent folder, but never arrive.
