Forgotten password to secondary NTL email account

Hi,

   Firstly sorry if I’m doing this wrong, first time asker, long time reader.

I have a secondary email address from the older days of NTL. Having changed tablet I need to re add the account BUT have forgotten password. Is there a way to be reminded? Tried following some of the guidance from other threads but got a bit lost.

@BobTbuilder  There isn't a reminder system.  However, provided that the secondary account is associated with your current Virgin Media broadband account you should be able to use the forgotten password route to set a new password.

Each email address now has its own My VM account

Secondary accounts changes now have to be made via the My Virgin Media account for the secondary email.

 Try https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/forgotten-details/password

If no security answers have been set for the email address concerned then you will need to call in for support and select technical issues> email
