Hi
I have forgotten my password for NTL World email account. The email address has been linked to a long-standing and active Virgin account so should not have been orphaned. We have tried changing our password in My Virgin Media but this has not resolved the issue. We normally access our emails via Windows Live Mail but have also tried logging in via Microsoft Outlook to no avail.
When we try log in to our mailbox on Virgin Media we get an error message to say our mailbox is not available at the moment.
We've now run out of ideas so hoping someone on here will be able to help us.
