Hi, I can login to Virgin Media using a browser and see my account
(My Virgin Media | Virgin Media)
but when I click on the link for Virgin Mail (@ntlworld.com type e-mail address) I get a web page saying Forbidden
403 Forbidden (virginmedia.com)
I have tried different browsers and different machines.
I can read my mail via Outlook on my PC and using Gmail on my phone but I occasionally want to look at my mail using a browser.
Any ideas on what the problem is and a possible solution?
I did see an old Forum message saying Virgin Media needed to take some action. Is that still the case or can I sort it myself?

As a work around you could try signing into your VM email directly using this link https://mail2.virginmedia.com/ Confusingly, you may find the page is headed "Sign in to My Virgin Media" but it will take you directly to the Webmail account of which ever VM email address and password that you enter in the prompts.
If that does not work it could be a problem with your account which will need VM to fix.
