Got this message 2 days ago after changing password following account being locked. When will this be fixed?

Sorry to hear that you have had some issues there. Please could you confirm, when you got the forbidden error was there an error code with it?
Hi, on the screen it just says forbidden. On the browser tab it says 403 Forbidden.
i have cleared history, cookies, tried on different computers - but no difference.

Are you getting this error when accessing anything in particular or is it just any web page?
Thanks Zac, it’s after I enter my email and password to login to my virgin email account from a computer.
Few additional questions if you wouldn't mind:
I am a virgin media customer.
Forbidden message is on secondary account.
Main account says mailbox unavailable when I login.
Using the address you gave I got to login for email and put in email and password to access secondary account and get forbidden message again.
Cleared data again before trying.
Also, last week the secondary account was locked and I got an email saying suspicious activity (auto forward rule to spam) and since then changed passwords to primary and secondary accounts.
i can still access emails on phone direct through a mail account.
