Forbidden email message

Day 17 with no emails,spent 25 hours on live chat & phone which is like banging head against the wall.Contacted CEOs office,eventually they rang me a week ago said they would sort it out.Guess what still waiting,when I call for progress report all they say is we will let you know when we have some news.Does anyone at Virgin know what they are doing?

Okay, not a problem thanks for letting me know Crystal12. 

I'm now going to get an IT ticket raised for you so the IT team can resolve this within their systems. It should take between 3 - 5 working days to resolve, I'll let you know when I have an update.

I have already had 3 tickets raised.This has been going on for nearly 3 weeks.I just keep going round in circles a hundred promises & no action.I have spent 25 hours on phone & live chat & I am back where I started.

The ticket that we will be raising is a special request IT ticket which are different to the ones that have been raised previously. I understand your frustration though and I will continue to help until its fully resolved for you, Terry.
