Forbidden 493

It’s been 8 days now still can’t accesses my ntl email called everyday spent at least 6 hours on hold can anybody please help so frustrating unhappy al

Hello Unhappyal and sorry to hear about your Forbidden 493 error when trying to access your email.

 

Using the information we have on here, I've managed to find your details and can see that you've spoken to an agent who has raised a ticket to get this looked at and I've had a look at it and it has been assigned to the correct team. I'm unsure if there is a typo on this thread but the error logged is for Forbidden 403.  It may take them up to 7 days but I hope it's shorter than that and then try again and let us know if the issue remains.
