After managing to locate your account I can see that this is still with our back office team and has been logged under reference number INC000003418057. I can see we were in touch last week and you have requested to monitor the situation. The ticket has been left open and I have updated the team to advise that the issue has reoccurred so that they may take a closer look for you.
