Hi there @autoray

 

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post to our Forums. I understand from my colleague on twitter that you've been having some issues with your email service at the moment? 

 

After managing to locate your account I can see that this is still with our back office team and has been logged under reference number INC000003418057. I can see we were in touch last week and you have requested to monitor the situation. The ticket has been left open and I have updated the team to advise that the issue has reoccurred so that they may take a closer look for you. 

 

If/when we have any updates we'll be sure to let you know.

I have just checked again before turning the PC off and it is unchanged

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

Today on my virgin Media Account

My wife's email is unavailable and the main used daily 4 of my email accounts 

How long does this go on ?

I'm sorry for our delayed response and to hear you are still having some trouble accessing your mailbox. 

 

I can see that our second line faults team have been working on a fix for this issue and have sent you an update via SMS. Can you confirm if you have received this please?
