Fault on email

Why is my email on my Virgin account constantly unavailable?

A bit more information needed -

1. Do you have a current – paid-for-monthly – Broadband account?

If so -

2. Describe how you are trying to access the email – computer/tablet etc - webmail/Outlook/ phone app etc - and what error messages you receive.

3. How long have you had this email address and when did it stop working?

4. Which domain – blueyonder, NTL etc?

5. Is this in any way related to the phone dispute you appear to be having with VM?

Just found your reply in my junk email. 

The problem with my email is not my hotmail account but the one on the Virgin website itself.

I think Virgin are just trying to make contacting them with an issue as difficult as possible.

You have not answered ANY of my questions – and - I did not mention the word “hotmail”- you did in your reply.

If email notifications from VM Community are finding their way into your “Junk” folder, does that mean that you are using an email client which has a folder of that name and a filter setting which is routing these email notifications to your Junk folder? The VM Webmail folder is called “Trash” – not “Junk”.
