Cannot access email account through different providers. Have spoken to 3 call handlers and also online Web chat with no success, apparently the problem has been registered but not resolved after being down for 5 days now

Just to clarify, you are getting the "Your mailbox is not available at the moment. Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices" like lots of other people right?
If that is the case it would be worth using this link https://mail2.virginmedia.com/ and resetting your password by clicking on password in 'Forgotten your email or password' if you have not done that already.
If that does not get you back in to your mailbox you will have to wait until a member of the Forum Team (Virgin Media employees) picks up on this thread and contacts you via the forum to get your details by private message. They will then be able to get the account unlocked for you.

Hi JerryMollyH9, thanks for the message and we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service, Can you confirm if you are still having issues with the email? Have you tried to see if it works on another browser and have changed the password? ^Chris
