Like many other users when I try to use my email account on my laptop I get the above error code. Has virgin done anything to resolve this yet or are you still ignoring the problem hoping everyone will eventually go away ?

We're sorry to hear of the email issues experienced via your laptop, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.
From checking the community, there is a thread here where the solution seems to be the removal of some third party privacy software called KAMO, one of the very helpful members of the forum have advised that this comes bundled with CCleaner software. If you have these installed, we'd recommend removing them and trying to access the email via the laptop again.
