I am unable to log into Webmail to access my emails. This has been the case for 5 days now.
It started with a message saying that my username or password has been changed and then it changed to "Forbidden".
I've tried different browsers to no avail.
I have changed my password. I can access on my iPhone but not on Webmail via by PC laptop. I have lots of emails I need to action/reply to.
What is the cause and how do I rectify it?
Does the issue occur when browsing in Incognito / Private mode; no then try clearing virginmedia.com cookies from brower's data cache?
