Experiencing error 403 - Mailbox unavailable

Hey,

I’m currently unable to access my emails due to the ‘mailbox unavailable error’, so I’m making this post as per the mods’ instruction!

As you are aware, there has been an ongoing problem with Virgin Media's email service for a while now. https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Webmail-403-Mailbox-Unavailable-errors/td-p/4294661/page/... 

Keep an eye on that thread but one of the Forum Team (Virgin Media Employees) should contact you via this thread to update you or get the necessary details from you to get the issue sorted. In the meantime do not post your email address here.
