Hi. So I have a very old NTL world account which Virgin tells me has been hacked and that they will delete it in 15 days. I used to have a Virgin account until I moved, but I was/am still using the NTL account. Virgin advise me to see what I want to save/rename etc, but my password seems invalid (possibly because I have been hacked?)
How can I reset the NTL password when I cannot contact Virgin?
