I am unable to view my inbox with the virgin mail link above. Any idea how to rectify this?

What error message are you seeing?

Just tried the link and it works for me.

Try clearing browser cache and cookies and then use: https://mail.virginmedia.com/

Edit: if the error message is as per subject heading that usually means a connection issue.
