Error code AP103 when trying to change email password

Hi there, 

 

I am trying to log into my ntlworld email account, and i am putting in the correct password but it keeps informing me that it is wrong. When i then press forgotten password in order to change it, an error comes up 'AP103'. 

 

I have followed advice from a similar post to clear cache, history and open in another browser and to try and log in from the app but i still am unable to log in. 

 

I would appreciate if virgin media could help me to log into my email account.

We have already tried a different browser and have cleared the cache, we need some more help please

Can I ask if this email address is linked to an active and current broadband account with us?
