Error code 0x800CCC92 from Outlook 2007 reading Virgin Email
I started using Virgin Media broadband recently. I was previously with BT. On 30/5/2020 I created three Virginmedia email accounts. I use Outlook 2007 to download my emails. This has been successfully working until 20/6/2020. Since then I have been getting an error code 0x800CCC92 Your e-mail server rejected your login. The server responded -ERR Invalid Backend.
This happens intermittently, to any account. I can get this message and do a Send/Receive seconds later successfully, without changing anything.
I had a similar problem with BT, caused by their email server running slowly, because of processes running in the background.
