Getting this message as soon as I try to log in to my email account. Have read that if you uninstall CCleaner and Kamo it would remove it. Well not for me as they have never been installed on the laptop. Cleared all cache. Contacted VM help line but kept asking me to log in. They just didn't understand that I can't.
Anyone any idea how to resolve this?
Clicked the top right hand box to be informed if someone replies. Just a joke as I can't access my emails.

Try deleting any cookies relating to Virgin Media. Then close down the browser. Reopen browser and try to log in again.
This method usually works for me when I get the FSB50 error.

Thanks Graham but already tried that. Email was working fine on Friday but not on Saturday.

It did take me several attempts to resolve this a few days ago.

I too got rid of CCleaner and its bundled software...and for a week I was able to access my VM account. ....but it went again two weeks ago. No one from VM is listening nor trying to help. ;unfortunately, I have only recently renewed my contract for a further 18 months, so cannot pull out and move elsewhere without high financial penalties!

@Minimac Your contact with Virgin Media is for cable broadband, TV and telephone services depending on which options you choose.
The VM email service is a free add in that is now only available to broadband customers who joined before May 2022.
So the fact that you have recently signed up to a new contract with a minimum term of 18 months is largely irrelevant to your which email provider you use. There are many other free email providers out there that you could switch to without incurring any financial penalties from Virgin Media.

Sorry to hear this Minimac, what happens when you try and login via here on Chrome in private mode?
Do you still get the error code?
