I'm getting Error code FSB50 when logging in to VM on my Windows 10 laptop. Have looked at previous messages and turned off VPN, emptied history and cache but no luck. Can anyone help further? Thank you!

Have you tried downloading our app and then logging in?
Have you also tried using another device and a private browser?

Thank you for your message. I have tried logging into my email via VM with and without a private network with no luck. Im getting this problem of error code FSB50 only when trying to log in on my Windows 10 laptop via google chrome. I can go online with Safari browser on my iPad and log in so have not bothered with VM app. However, I would like to be able to log in on my laptop. I have tried everything, clearing cache, cookies, history etc to no avail. Any further help and advice from the community will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the issues that you are having with your email. Although you have stated that you are not using a VPN, have you witched off any security software or other privacy extensions you may have switched on?
