Both my wife & I are unable to login to Virgin mail on our Desktop (Windows 10) as Error 606 appears continuously. I can access via Android phone and now via our Laptop (Windows 10). This started approx 3/4 weeks ago.The Laptop previously showed a Blue screen (Rev 58) But this cleared for no apparent reason and I am now reluctant to log off/on again having added my wife's mails to my access to view mails.
I see posts which suggest actions which "sometimes" work
I would have expected Virgin to have a solution & if so I'd be pleased to hear from them.
I received a message from Virgin on 5th March advising my personal details had been compromised and have a suspicion that these difficulties appeared around then.
