My husband has a new Chromebook, the same as mine. He has internet access but if he tries to access Virgin Media and/or emails, he gets ERROR 606. I am not having any trouble. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
We bought the Chromebook on Friday, and he had no problems with it until yesterday morning. We have a Virgin Media wifi hub. He has no problem accessing other websites - BBC, Facebook, etc. and I have had no interruption in my access to Virgin sites. As far as we know, we have set up the Chromebooks the same so don't understand why he is the only one with a problem.
We have tried to access the email login page via different routes but it just gives the same error page. The 'error 606' shows in the tab at the top. The page says there is problem with access or words to that effect.
