I'm getting error 606 when trying to reach virginmedia (in order to use email).  I have cleared cookies many times and I have tried reseting the password with another browser but it gave me another error "Oops, we've ran into a problem.
Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01) "

Sorry to hear about your issue, how are you getting on after trying today? What browser(s) are you experiencing the issue on? Is this as soon as you try and access the main homepage?

after a shutdown, the problem appears to have gone away.  Thanks for the response.
