Error 403 Forbidden

I had my Amazon account hacked at the end of January. The persons concerned managed to change the email address associated with the Amazon account.

I have been getting the above error 403 forbidden a few times over the last 3 weeks.

I have deleted the cookies and cache data and tried incognito mode but I am unable to access the emails via the quick links on the Virgin Media web site. I have spoken to your tech support and am told that someone would call me back but no-one has.

If I change the password it works for a day or two then comes back with error 403 forbidden.

I am not sure that the emails are going into my Outlook either

Any help please

Hey Stevec133, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you've had some email issues.

I have taken a look from our side and I can see you've spoken to the team after this post.

Did they manage to get this resolved for you? Thanks
