Hi, I have a very old virgin email account that has been hacked, I wish to close this account.

I don't have my old account number to log in.

Can you help me close this historic account down please

Hi Steven, 

Thanks for your help, I am still receiving emails from [MOD EDIT: Personal info]

This is the email that has been hacked, I would like to delete this account so 1 receive no further emails.

I have followed your instructions but when i go to manage your settings   I cannot find a link to turn everything off.

Can you please help further.
