I have not been able to log into my emails for months now. I have tried to change my password but it is saying that my email address is not recognisable.
I am still receiving emails on my Kindle but I cannot log into any other devices to access my emails, as I can't use my password or change it
I really need this sorting as soon as possible
If you have a Virgin Media account, this may help you.
If you haven't, then the email address may have been closed, or is in the process of being closed.
