Hi I've been locked out of my emails now since last Thursday haves phoned up 3 times and they have forwarded my problem to email security but still no emails or contact. I know they are short staffed and working from home and have been as helpful as they can be ,has anyone else had this problem with emails
Hi yes when I go to email just says sorry mail box is not available at the moment,virgin informed me it had to be unlocked by security department but would get in touch with me to explain why this is happening twice now first time emails back within a few hours but not this time
Please do not make multiple posts on the same issue. I have merged the two threads. The unlocking process takes time. You saw the reply from Graham_A who explained the position. You'll have to be patient.
