Emails

Hi I've been locked out of my emails now since last Thursday haves phoned up 3 times and they have forwarded my problem to email security but still no emails or contact. I know they are short staffed and working from home and have been as helpful as they can be ,has anyone else had this problem with emails

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community. Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your emails, have you tried re-setting the password to gain access?

 

Do you get any error messages?

Hi yes when I go to email just says sorry mail box is not available at the moment,virgin informed me it had to be unlocked by security department but would get in touch with me to explain why this is happening twice now first time emails back within a few hours but not this time

Unable to access email

No access to emails since last Thursday phoned 3 times and posted on here Tuesday all tried their best but still nothing and no communication very poor .

Ok, it might take them several days to resolve whatever the issue is, as it is clearly not as simple as unlocking the account in your case.

Unable to acces my email

Unable to access my email for over a week now phoned 4 times and used community problem passed on but still no email or communication from virgin very poor

Please do not make multiple posts on the same issue. I have merged the two threads. The unlocking process takes time. You saw the reply from Graham_A who explained the position. You'll have to be patient.
