Suddenly in the last couple of weeks I can no longer send emails with photos from my ntlworld account I’ve read that VM had upgraded these accounts and wonder if that is the problem Any help would be appreciated

Can you check if you able to send a message when using the webclient rather than the mail app?

Yes I was. it was the fact that the email address was wrong I phoned and was given the correct address and when I used it the email went
