Since joining Virgin last year, I have been unable to get our new email addresses to send? They happily receive and work when logged into virgin media.
I have checked the email settings and the fault log.(Please see below) However the only error given when trying to test the email settings is; connection to the server was interrupted?
Emails just sit in the outbox I need to be able to fully use these addresses in Outlook and would be grateful for some help.
