My organisation has 209 members with ntl email addresses. When we send information to them from our website we get the following rejected message (example). We no problem sending to most other addresses and we have over 2000 members. Can you help please?
Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that some members of you organisation are not able to received emails from you to their NTL world email addresses.

I have experienced exactly the same SMC error this week - starting Tuesday morning where I sent out emails to our sailing club members and all NTL email holders emails bounced and will not go through even if I try sending to individual members from our email@example.com email address
Yes it's still happening and causing inconvenience to your customers and our members. We have no problems sending out to most of our members emails (gmail, plusnet, bt etc) but anything to ntl, karoo or similar is invariably thrown back such as:
