Emails still not working on iPhone!!

Tuning in

Phoned Virgin 7 times over 2 weeks, emails still not working on iPhone. Tried everything I have been told to do, just feels like no one listens or cares! Please Help!

Hi rmcd,

If you only generate one App Password for just the primary email, you will not be able to access the secondary emails on any 3rd-party mail applications, and you'll be required to use the online Mail portal, here.

I am having the same problem after i changed password it all worked but now it dosnt anymore 

Same error no password provided for NTLworld 

Did you follow these steps to reset the password qatarway:


  • Sign in to My Virgin Media
  • Go to Account settings, then Account details
  • Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
  • Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password
  • Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked
  • Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.
