This is not my IP, so assuming Virginmedia Postmaster issue?

Yes that is Virginmedia's IP address. But if it was originating spam, BT would be rejecting email from all Virginmedia users so there would be many other complaints as well as yours.
It would be as well to check that nothing on your devices has been sending spam unknown to you. Is your email address a NTL one? There have been many reports of NTL addresses being hacked.

OK. I would still check your devices for malware,
Log into webmail, check that everything looks OK, and change your email password.
Try sending the email again in a day or so.

Hi @Mike_Wil 👋.
Thanks for your message on our board.
It would appear that the emails that are being sent are either being reported as spam by the receivers or the content itself. It is also possible that there may be something running in the background that may be unknown to you that is potential spam and causing this to be potential spam. We would ask you that you check for anything that may be automated, also spread out the time frame in which you are sending emails so they are not all at once.
As @jpeg1 (Thanks jpeg1 👍) has also written in their two posts regarding emails. We will need more information in order to carry out investigations. Please make sure that there are no applications running activity in the background, also you can check your IP address on 👉 spamhous.
Please keep us updated on how you get on.
