I still have historical emails on iPhone but account is locked asking for a password- web mail is now working but only from Sunday onwards- no historical mails. How do I unfreeze the Iphone emails? Thanks

Thanks for posting on our community forum and sorry to hear about the email issue. The issue is still ongoing and will be the reason why you cannot access these emails
We apologise again to those individuals who have been experiencing issues with their email services since Monday. Our teams are continuing to work on restoring all users’ access as a priority and we will do this as soon as possible.
