Emails not shown in online account

There is a bug in the online (browser) email viewer.

When emails are grouped in an email trail, sometimes (usually the forth or fifth) email in the trail is not shown - The unread email count shows there is an email there - and i can see the email if i use my iphone (which is attached to the account) but not directly in my online browser. This is hugely annoying as sometimes I've replied to the trail without having seen all the emails

Is there any way to stop emails being grouped in this way (I've checked in the setting and can't see any way to do this) or is there some other way to fix this?

(or preferably 🙂 can Virgin engineers fix the bug!).
