Emails not sending

Using virgin media email smtp on apple mac,apple laptop and Samsung android phone using outlook will not send emails from any of the above

Thank you for making your first post regarding not being able to send emails, I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem.

Have you taken a look at the following link for advice on what to do:

Have you been able to check all the settings for your E-Mail account? It would be worth seeing if they setting match what we advise on this link

Do you have any issues with the E-Mail accounts via our Webmail or is this strictly with the devices?

Can you try opening a terminal window on your Apple Mac and typing the following command

curl -v smtps://smtp.virginmedia.com/ -u <full-email-address>:<password> 2>&1 | grep '235\|VM'

replace <full email address> and <password> with the relevant information and don't miss the : between the two.
