My emails have been playing up and every time I try to open an email or send one I get the following message:-
The connection to remote server md.tb.ukmail.iss.local was refused or timed out while attempting to connect. Please try again later.
Can anybody explain to me in English what it means and how do I overcome it? Thanks
Thanks for confirming. As seen here, we are currently aware of an ongoing issue in regard to sending, receiving and accessing your Virgin Media emails. After taking a look, this issue is still ongoing and our teams are investigating and working on resolving this as quickly as possible.
