Emails not being sent and error message contains spam content

When I try to send I receive an error message.
Message could not be sent to the following recipients: [email@example.com] (554 - 554 5.2.0 SMTP602 Message contains Spam Content ;id=XOpolS5fRBXJ6XOpoltB6Z;sid=XOpolS5fRBXJ6;mta=smtp2.tb;d=20210416;t=154836[CET];ipsrc=172.25.160.147;
This was initially on one intended email recipient but is now on multiple email recipients.
I can still send an email to myself and I am still receiving emails.

Try to locate the cause by:
sign into webmail
setup the email causing an issue to be sent to yourself
highlight half of the email's content and cut (Ctrl + X) and then send
if the email arrived in your:
▸ Inbox then repeat step 2, 3 and 4 but this time replace the email content with that stored in your clipboard (Ctrl + V)
▸ Spam folder then reply to it repeating steps 3
Continue repeating until cause of Spam Content Found warning is found and then try to work around it.
Should the cause remain unknown and the spam filters have failed to automatically clear the false positive after 24 hours post back here to have the issue flagged to the forum team; in the meantime use an alternative email service to send any urgent email.
