My account was hacked last week and I lost everything in my inbox. Virginmedia tell me the emails can’t be restored. Now I find that I can’t receive any either. I’ve run a virus scan, changed my password, and checked that no auto forwarding has been set up. I’ve probably spent 3 hours in total on the phone with VM trying to get this sorted but all I had was a customer service rep asking me questions from her screen and not actually giving me the urgent technical help I need. Any advice or help would be really appreciated.
I am sorry to hear this, have you sent an email to yourself as @用心棒 has advised? Let us know so we can have more of an idea of what is happening, I will pop you a message asking for some details so we can see if the mailbox needs enabling.
