Emails not being received

Can anyone out there help me?

For some reason I'm not receiving any Emails on my blueyonder account from my works email address. All other emails coming through fine, I have check and they are not blocked and  I've had many from them last week.

All of a sudden they have stop coming through.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Re: Emails not being received

If all your other e-mails are being received then ask your office to look at the e-mail logs. If the mail from them is bouncing back then ask them to tell you why.

In the meantime set an e-mail account from another non-ISP related e-mail provided and use that to see if mail can get through.

Re: Emails not being received

Hi thanks for your reply,

The emails are bouncing back saying delayed.

They are receiving the emails from me, just nothing coming through from them.

I have got them to use my Gmail and that is working.

Just blueyonder is not. inbox is empty and I have cleared old email out.

Re: Emails not being received

Then VM thinks that there is something wrong with the configuration of your employees server and is greylisting it. That means it is delaying receipt of mail (which it thinks is spam) on the basis that your employers system will eventually give up trying and report non-delivery. This usually points to a misconfigured mail server. But without seeing one of the delayed messages and the final rejection message it is hard to say what is wrong.
