Emails from Amazon not coming through

For some reason Amazon emails are not coming through. I am now locked out of Amazon and there is nothing they can do. They gave me a code to tell Virgin Media but can't get through to them. I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help please.

Hi

I had this issue myself and found they were Automatically going straight into my junk mail box , I would check all mail boxes to see if they are anywhere else,and check in settings to make sure amazon mails are not being auto forwarded to another email, hope this helps

Log in to Webmail and then go to settings and check the email filters.

That's strange. 🤔

So after clicking on 'Settings' then on 'Email' and then 'Filter Rules' do you see this? If you see any filters presumably you did not set them and it means that your account has been hacked.
