Every time I try to send email I keep getting told the server couldn't comply with the request?  All check say nothing wrong?

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your email and thank you again for reaching out. Can I ask if this happening across web or client mail? 

Is it happening on all emails? Are you trying to send any attachments at all? 

Ashleigh, thank you for answering.  The problem now seems resolved and service has resumed.  It was very frustrating at the time as I was trying to resolve another issue that required me sending an email from my brummydave address to help prove my authentication.  Virgin don't make it easy contacting support.
