Just had our hub changed for the new phone system and now we cannot receive or send emails

The new Hub will come with new WiFi name and password.Check your mobiles and / or laptops have been reconnected to the new Hubs WiFi service.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with accessing your emails at this time.
Can you advise that you have access to other internet pages or is it just your emails that are not working?
Are you able to successfully log into your mailbox?
