Email

Hi. I am having issues receiving emails through my blueyonder account. I haven't had a new email since October 2022. I have checked settings and all is correct. Does anyone know what the issue may be? Many thanks

Is this email address still linked to a current Virginmedia broadband account? If not it will have been closed.

I have no idea. But I've been with virgin media since they started and had the same email the whole time. How would I find out of its a current one?

Log in to your account at MyVirginmedia. Check down the menu to see if the email is listed there. If it is there then try accessing webmail with a browser. Do you get in or is there a message?

We're aware of an issue currently impacting some customers receiving emails, the team are investigating this and looking to resolve this as quickly as possible.
